·         6 pool passes and 2 parking permits are provided in your unit upon arrival. Please make sure these items are left within the condo when you leave. For each missing parking/pool permit, a $25 fee will be charged to your credit card.

All of our units are non-smoking (including no smoking on the balconies). *There is a $300 minimum fine that will be charged to your credit card if housekeeping can smell smoke within the unit or see any damages caused by smoking.

·         There are NO PETS allowed within the units at any time. If evidence of a pet is found by housekeeping, a minimum fee of $275 will be charged for a deep cleaning. We reserve the right to charge as much as necessary to clean the unit of the pet and return the unit to its original condition.

·         Please keep track of your unit keys. A lock box/keyless entry is provided on your front door or on the railing across from your front door. When venturing around town, guests are more than welcome to leave a key in the lock box so nobody has to carry it around.  (A $100 cash lock-out fee will be required if you need to contact our after-hours staff for a lock-out).

·         There are a total of three dumpsters in the corners of the community.  Please dispose of your trash in these receptacles and do not leave any trash bags, etc. outside of your unit.

Check-Out Procedures

Check out will be by 10:00 AM 

Please complete the following upon your departure:

1.     Start a load of laundry in the washing machine of all dirty towels. If more than 3 loads of laundry are required of housekeeping, there may be an additional charge of $35 to your account.

2.     Strip all beds that have been slept in and pile the sheets in the middle of the beds.

3.     Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn on.

4.     Leave unwanted food in the refrigerator for housekeeping to remove.

5.     Make sure the beach cart & chairs are cleaned and ready for the next guest.

6.     Return all furnishings to their original positions. (A $50 relocating fee will be assessed for all unreturned furnishings).

7.     Turn off all lights, TVs, and set the temperature of the thermostat to 77 degrees.

8.     Please leave one key in your unit on the counter with your pool passes and both parking permits. Put the other key back into the lock box when leaving

9.     Dispose of your garbage in one of the dumpsters on your way out.

 

*There are no late check-outs. If housekeeping arrives at 10AM and you are still inside the unit, we reserve the right to charge up to the full daily rate onto the credit card on file.

The pool, clubhouse, and grounds of Seaside at Anastasia are for the exclusive use of homeowner’s, lessees, and guests when accompanied by an owner. No other person shall be permitted to use the Common Elements of the Condominium unless accompanied by an owner.

No persons under the age of 12 are permitted in the pool or pool area without the close supervision of an adult.

Visible pool passes are required for each individual at the pool.

Use of the pool facilities at any time is at the swimmer’s OWN RISK.

Swimming is prohibited before 8:00 AM and after 10:00 PM.

No food or drink is permitted in the pool area. Food and beverages in plastic containers can only be consumed under the clubhouse covered area. Absolutely no glass containers are permitted in the pool or deck area. Smoking is not allowed on common property.

No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use the exercise equipment nor permitted in the exercise rooms.

No lease shall be for a term less than one (1) week.

No lease shall permit occupancy for any unit by more than six (6) persons and the maximum and overnight guests shall be no more than eight (8) persons per unit.

No unit Owner, lessee, or guests shall make or permit any disturbing noises on the Condominium Property that will interfere with the rights, comforts, or conveniences of other owners, lessees or guests.

No animal of any kind shall be kept in a unit or allowed upon Condominium Property except by prior written consent of the Board of Directors of the Association (and for a minimum stay of 30 days).

Pets must be leashed, restrained, and in the company of the person who is willing and able to fully control the pet at all times when on or about Condominium Property.

All pet solid wastes must be picked up and disposed of properly in provided receptacles.

No guest, lessee or invitee shall bring any animal upon Condominium Property.

Pets may not be kept in any patio or balcony areas when the Owner is not in the unit.

No pets are allowed in the pool area, pool, pool peninsula, or clubhouse.

All personal property: coolers, towels, water toys, beach chairs, etc. must be stored in a unit and are not permitted on the walkways or at the entrance of any unit.

All loose or moveable objects must be removed from balconies upon notice of an approaching hurricane or other inclement weather condition characterized by high winds.

No linens, cloths, clothing, curtains, rugs, mops, or laundry of any kinds, or other articles, shall be shaken or hung from any of the windows, doors, fences, balconies, patios or railings.

NO grills (including electric grills) are permitted on any terrace or balcony. No open flames are allowed on property including gas or charcoal grills.

All refuse: waste, cans, newspapers, magazines, and garbage shall be deposited in the covered sanitary container provided on the property.

No persons under eighteen (18) years of age shall occupy a unit unless a parent or the unit owner is also in the residence.

No signs, nameplates, signal, advertisement, or illumination shall be inscribed or exposed on or at any window, exterior wall, door balcony, or terrace.

All owners, tenants, and guests are required to have a visible red parking permit in the dashboard of their car when parked in a visitor spot, handicap spot, or loading/unloading spot. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to immediate tow. No parking decal is needed when parking in your unit’s reserved spot.

Parking areas are solely for vehicles and bicycles. Boats on trailers, motorcycles on trailers, and personal watercraft on trailers are permitted only in the parking areas designated therefore by the Association. The designated area is the parking spaces across from the mailboxes and is limited to only that space.

Groups of eight (8) or more persons are required to register for the use of space at the clubhouse. For the exclusive use of the clubhouse, a reservation must be made and the unit owner must be present. See the Property Manager for details.
