Nice property...well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with all you need. Unit came with beach chairs, towels and even a cart to use at the beach!

We did not have a bad meal while we were there. Sunset Grille, Harrys Seafood Bar, Beachside Diner, Seafood Kitchen, Red Frog and McToads and the Beachcomber. We played golf one day at St. Augustine Shores Golf Club and went to the Alligator Farm. We really enjoyed that. Condo was clean and well maintained.

Clean and comfy condo at the beach. Condo was stocked with all of the stuff to make you feel at home. They even had a wagon to take to the beach!

We explored historic st augustine and did several tours. We enjoyed the beach and pool and ate at a few local restaurants. Our favorite was probably burger buckets and the kids loved the ice cream from Rita's. Jamie was very helpful

The condo was very clean and well equipped . There were even a large number of beach/ pool towels , sand toys ,new floats( still in the box), a hand pump to inflate floats, a wagon to carry supplies to the beach ,which was very helpful, and even a stroller . We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and for our family members that had difficulty walking, we were able to drive them right up to the walkway to the beach. Island Donuts and several restaurants were within walking distance. Jamie was so helpful with any questions I had prior to check in. We rented two condos and all the family said they would definitely return and stay here again.

Close to all venues and beach! Condo was great! Provided everything we needed for a great vacation! Management team was fantastic! Had one issue which was taken care of within hours! Best service i have ever had!!

Property was very clean and well maintained. The location is one block or 400 steps from the beach. Good walking distance from restaurants, ice cream, donuts, and points to get on the trolley. The location even has elevators. We plan to vacation at this site again.

Property grounds are beautiful! Love the pond in the middle. Condo was very nice.

Traveling to attend a wedding at nearby Anastasia Island State Park, this rental was perfect for our family: close to the park, very close to the beach (across the street), restaurants within walking distance, and a quick ride across the bridge to old town. Accommodations are well appointed, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would book again without hesitation.

Our long week was fantastic! This place is prefect for a girls trip. The beach was within walking distance. Great restaurants were within walking distance. Highly recommended!

This condo was fantastic. It was in a great location. It was very quiet and the property was immaculate. The condo was well stocked and we had everything we needed. The food in the area was amazing. We never had anything that wasn’t worth the money. We felt very safe and everyone was so friendly in the community. We would definitely stay here again. On a side note...if you happen to lose your glasses in the ocean check out Anastasia Eye Associates. They were able to make my dad his prescription bifocals in less than 2 hours.

The unit was nice and perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the lanai!

Great location close to everything but quiet too. Take a drive south on A1A to public beach in Marineland for great and different beach w/facilities.

The WiFi was strong enough to support both of us working remotely during the week, and the location right near the beach was very convenient. The complex is very nice with several private parking spaces and a balcony that overlooks the lake and fountain. Just wanted to say thank you again for everything, we really enjoyed staying at this condo. This was our first time in the area and we had such a fun time, it was a much needed getaway after a strange year. our visit to St. Augustine Beach was a first and it was great. not super commercialized and busy like other beach areas in Fl we have been to. this property is right across the street from the Beach - with easy walking and accessibility. also - why I loved staying here was because there were many restaurants and a few shops, all within a short walking distance - so we didn't have to drive anywhere if we didn't want to for a bite to eat. being on the 3rd floor we had great views and it was quiet and relaxing. the amenities were updated and very clean and a great size for a family of 4 to stay in. master bath was excellent. i loved staying here and hope to visit again in the future. if you are a family with small children or teens, this place can do both - a great family getaway. while we didn't do a lot of site seeing (only a trip into St. Augustine) there is plenty to do and see if you want to do that.

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and the condo development was very well maintained. Good location- close to the beach, restaurants and Old Town. Would definitely rent again.
