We appreciated how clean and newly updated the unit was! And all the kid and beach stuff was such a bonus! And even though we were on the first floor it was super quiet. The beds were very comfy.

Property was beautiful and the owners have thought of everything. Having beach chairs, toys, towels and coolers provided was ideal. It was the most well stocked kitchen I've ever had in a rental. Furnishing were great, beds comfortable and linens very nice. Buildings and pool were well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

You can tell the owners spent time remodeling and decorating the unit. We stayed with 3 kids and the condo offered plenty of room, games, highchair seats, and so much more. Being ground floor and having the screen lanai was great because we could let the kids "outside" and just lock the screen door so they couldn't run and play in the pond. Quiet community with pretty pool. Farmer's Market on Wednesday was a blast with the kids...fresh fruits and veggies, artwork and sand making kits for the kids. We are already booked to come back this fall.
Perfect unit, perfect location, had everything we needed and more.
