The property was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again. The walk to the beach was a nice stroll. I loved that several restaurants are within walling distance.

We enjoyed everything about our visit. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Enjoyed the south facing patio as even on cool and windy days if the sun was shining it was very warm out there. The complex is very well maintained and the location near the beach and many fine restaurants could not be better. We enjoyed Salt Life Grill, Panama Hatties. The Reef, Coneheads and Island Donuts. Loved both the Wednesday and Saturday Farmers Markets. Washington Oaks State Park was great for hiking. Many hours were spent walking the beach. Jamie was great~

Condo was lovely. We were there for Thanksgiving week. Plenty of room to relax. Great restaurants nearby and convenient to historic area. Overall a wonderful stay. Would definitely return.

Great area! Short walk to the beach. Check in process was easy. Communication was great with quick responses. Kitchen was equipped with necessities to cook meals with the family. I would definitely comeback.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo is beautiful and we have thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. We walked to Salt Life and Panama Hattie's (which were both delicious)! We loved our time on the beautiful uncrowded beach. We so appreciate this condo and ease of booking with Jamie. Thank you.

Wonderful condo. Clean. Nice furniture and top of line kitchen and laundry appliances. Beds were perfect, towels and linens also premium quality. Beach chairs and wagon was a nice bonus. Tons of little things like having cards and chess games stocked made the difference. Easy walk to beach. Tons of restaurant options. Family favorite was Rita's ice-cream just outside complex.

Loved the condo -- spacious, well-appointed and clean. Nice little club house and pool as well. Other guests and residents were very pleasant. Easy to walk to beach, restaurants and Starbucks at the nearby Embassy Suites. Also purchased hop-on-hop-off tickets from Old Town Trolleys for a visit to Old St. Augustine and they had a free trolley that we could pick up at the Embassy Suites.

This was a great last minute find. 2 couples needing some vitamin D. Place had all we needed and more. Plenty of towels and sheets. Kitchen had all the necessities. Short walk to the public beach. Pool was never crowded. Thanks again for a great week!
