This national monument is the oldest masonry fort in the United States. Today, visitors are welcome to explore the grounds with a self-guided tour via an app, interact with park rangers and watch presentations, and even see volunteers dressed in traditional wear. Historic weapon demonstrations can also be viewed using cannons that mimic those used in the 1740s.
